Refund and Returns Policy

A buyer can request a return on an order once it has been marked delivered.

Choose a reason, such as wrong part, damaged on arrival, not as described, defective item, changed mind, duplicate order or other.

Our team reviews each request and may contact you for more information. A request moves through the statuses pending, under review, approved, rejected, completed and refunded.

Refund methods and timing are to be confirmed.
